Enquiries you send us
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, telephone, email, the property location, the purpose of the valuation and any message. We use these only to answer your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to carry out the valuation. The form is delivered to our mailbox through the FormSubmit service, and a copy is kept in our own records. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our professional record-keeping obligations.
Website logs and security
Like every website, our server records technical data for each page requested: the IP address, approximate location derived from it (country, city, network provider), the browser, the page and the referring page. We use this to keep the site secure, to stop abuse and to understand how the site is used. These records are kept for up to 180 days and are not shared or sold. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Cookies and statistics
With your consent we use the Google Ads tag, which sets advertising cookies so that we can measure enquiries that come from our Google advertisements. With your consent we also link the pages you view during one visit into an anonymous visit record (stored only in your browser for that visit) so that we can improve the site. If you reject, no advertising cookies are set and no visit record is kept. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@cypruspropertyappraisals.com. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
